Ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday. Took less than a week to get all the details squared away and get it started. It far exceeded my expectations, and my mom was super happy with it! This was my first time ordering a cake to be baked, so I had no idea what to expect in terms of pricing, but given the quality and presentation, as well as the seamlessness of the process, I’d say the price was very fair. I would definitely order from here again!
Wonderful little shop. I am glad I found it. I tried a few different items, and they were all absolutely delicious!! The lady working was super sweet and the prices were good. I was honestly expecting a higher bill than what it was. They also have a punch card to earn a free cuocake!
I contacted Melissa’s bakery by phone less than 48 hours of my daughters 16th birthday. The process was so smooth. They not only made it happen, they exceeded my expectations. I sent a picture by text of a cake that I liked and they NAILED IT! All of my party guests were oohing and aahing over the beauty and the taste was exceptional as well! I was a first time customer but I will be a returning customer for sure!
Absolutely the best buttercream I've ever had on a cupcake. They were moist and packed with flavor. The Lemon Blueberry cupcakes were divine!

My husband and daughter ordered my birthday cake from Melissa's Bakery. It was amazing! The cake was moist and the buttercream frosting wasn't overly sweet, which was great. I smiled so big when I saw the Kansas license plate KAZ 2Y5 from my favorite TV show Supernatural. Thank you, Melissa, for making my birthday extra special. My husband also bought a loaf of sourdough bread for me. I can't wait to try it because it smells delicious! I'm definitely going to have to visit the bakery soon so that I can buy some sweet treats.
I will forever cherish the memory of my cake. It was exactly how I wanted it, but somehow even better than what I asked for. They really did such a beautiful job. When I saw it I was amazed, I even got emotional. It just felt so special to me. The people that run this business are very responsible people when it comes to your cake. I recommend this bakery. 🧁❤️
Traveling through Mississippi was craving the Mississippi Mud Cake, and Google suggested this place as the best spot to try it. But sadly, they didn’t have the Mississippi Mud Cake. However, they did have an alternative Mississippi Mud Cheesecake, and it was absolutely heavenly! The cheesecake was so creamy and rich, and the chocolate graham cracker layer on bottom was simply divine. I couldn’t resist grabbing a few other treats too, like the confetti cupcake, turtle brownie, and decorative cookie. The cupcake was a bit too thick for my liking, but the icing was really good. The turtle brownie was the star of the show, though. It was so decadent and chocolatey. The cookie wasn’t too sweet, and it paired perfectly with the icing. I could’ve easily gone for more, but I had to stop at these four. If I ever find myself in that situation again, I’m definitely going to have to try a few more things.
Just exactly what i needed today! I tried several macarons and some cheesecakes. They were all fantastic! I can only vouch for the gluten-free options, but if it all tastes as marvelous as it looks, you should try this place. Gluten-free doesnt have been to boring or healthy wink wink. 5 Stars
I'm absolutely in love with the job Melissa did on my daughter's birthday cake! First pic is what we got and the second pic was the one I sent her for a reference. We asked for the mermaid tails to be taken out. Worth every penny! 10/10 recommend!
